Varyz Expertise

Share the project's preferences from Varyz Shared, as you would with a collaborator: you choose and review every preference your client will get. On the Varyz Expertise page, offer that project as a client plan: enter your client's name and email and choose the monthly price. We email your client a link. They sign in or create a free Varyz account with that email, review what the plan includes and what it costs, and pay through Paddle.

From then on, your client's AI uses your shared preferences for their project, and asks about anything you did not decide. Their plan includes Varyz Cloud, so their own preferences sync across their devices and AI tools too.

Your username, the project, the price with tax included, what the plan includes, and that you receive 80% of what they pay. They can cancel any time from their account; access runs to the end of the period they paid for. Client plans have the same 14-day refund window as Varyz Cloud.

Each client-plan payment after discounts, excluding tax and refunded or charged-back amounts. Card and payment fees come out of the Varyz 20%, not your 80%. A payment with USD 49 remaining after discounts and sales tax earns you USD 39.20, before any income tax you owe.

Monthly, with the same schedule as the Varyz Creator Program. Each payment has a 30-day refund hold. Eligible earnings are counted at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month and paid soon after, in the currency your client paid. There is no minimum payout.

Yes. A waiting offer can be withdrawn at once. Ending an active plan stops it renewing; your client keeps access until the end of the period they paid for. Before deleting your Varyz account, end each client plan and wait until its paid period finishes. If your own Varyz Expertise subscription lapses, you can still manage existing clients, earnings and payout details.

These terms apply to client plans offered on the Varyz Expertise plan, version 2026-10-20. You accept them on the Varyz Expertise page before your first offer. The Varyz Terms of service and Privacy notice also apply.

• Eligibility: you need an active Varyz Expertise and an account in good standing. Offers stop when your Varyz Expertise is inactive; clients who already pay keep their access.
• Your content: you offer only preferences, rules and standards you have the right to share, and only to clients you worked with. You are responsible for what you share, as you are for any shared project.
• The sale: Paddle is the merchant of record for every client payment and the client's contract for Varyz Cloud is with the operator. You set the monthly price in US dollars, including cents. You may not charge the client for the same plan outside Varyz.
• Your share: 80% of each client-plan payment after discounts, excluding taxes and refunded or charged-back amounts, rounded to the nearest cent. Varyz keeps 20% and pays payment fees from it.
• Payouts: monthly, to the PayPal, Wise, Payoneer or Revolut account, or the bank account, you enter on the Varyz Expertise page, in the currency your client paid. We never ask for card numbers. Your provider or bank may charge its own fees to receive the money. Currencies are paid separately and never converted by us. An open refund or chargeback holds that month's payout in that currency until it is resolved.
• Refunds after payout: a refund or chargeback after a payout becomes a balance that is deducted from your later earnings.
• Taxes: you are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on what you earn.
• Conduct: describe client plans honestly, do not pressure clients into them, and tell clients you earn from them (the offer page and email say so too). We may pause your offers, withhold earnings from a breach, or end client plans if these rules are broken.
• Liability: apart from paying the earnings you are owed under these terms, the operator's liability to you in connection with client plans is zero to the fullest extent the law allows. Any liability as a Varyz Cloud customer is limited as set out in the Terms of service, to at most what you paid for Varyz Cloud in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for intent, deliberate recklessness, fraud, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
• Ending: you can stop offering client plans at any time. We may end client plans or change these terms with notice; earnings already made under earlier terms are still paid.
• Privacy: we store each client's name and email as you entered them to send the offer and show it to you. The email address is encrypted; names and project labels are stored as account data. You see each client's plan status and your earnings; payout details are stored encrypted and only the operator can read them.
