Varyz Cloud

Terms of service

Last updated: 18 October 2026

Varyz Cloud has a deployed account service and Paddle billing. These terms describe the optional hosted service; publishing an updated document does not by itself establish that an existing customer accepted a changed contract.

01

Supplier and contact

The supplier and service operator is Egor Menshikov, Anthony Fokkerlaan 3, 2024 JA Harlem, Netherlands. Product and privacy contact: support@varyzai.com.

02

The service

Local Varyz is software you run on your own computer. Its use and distribution are governed by the software licence. These service terms describe the optional hosted Varyz Cloud service and do not replace that licence.

Cloud stores confirmed preferences that you explicitly select to sync and makes them available to connected AI tools. It includes account review, preference editing, pending questions, device controls and data export. Cloud also supports history from explicitly approved projects and General records, including eligible future records while approval remains active. This is a synchronized snapshot, not direct access to your computer or phone. The pricing page describes the advertised offer; AI model credits are not included.

Approved history can include eligible documents, AI conversations, Git and GitHub records. Sensitive or unclassified content, detected credentials and unsupported sources are withheld. WhatsApp and Telegram are excluded. Connected AI providers may receive relevant passages, preferences, dated context and retained source comparisons under their own terms. Earliest retained versions may not be the first local versions. Retrieval results may be incomplete or mistaken; check cited sources before relying on them.

Local installation, source access, preference synchronization and project/General history sharing are separate permissions. Connecting a hosted plugin does not approve uploads. Its fresh OAuth consent permits confirmed preference tools and read-only access to already approved history. It cannot manage billing, export or delete the account, approve projects or modify history. Older narrower connections retain their original permissions. Pause and revocation controls are available from the authenticated Cloud account; the privacy notice describes active-data deletion and backup expiry.

03

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and connect only tools you trust. You must have permission to upload the content you select. Do not upload secrets, unlawful content or data you are not authorized to process. Do not interfere with other accounts, bypass service limits, automate abuse or attempt unauthorized access.

Do not send payment-card details, government identifiers, passwords, API keys, protected health information, or personal information about children below the applicable digital-consent age through the hosted service or plugin. In the Netherlands that age is 16. Do not upload special-category personal information; Varyz Cloud currently provides no supported process for accepting it. A project approval does not override these limits or establish permission from everyone mentioned in a document. Automated filtering is an additional safeguard and cannot recognize every prohibited record.

Accounts and usage are subject to capacity limits. Access may be restricted to protect the service, address abuse or comply with legal obligations. AI tools can make mistakes; review their output before relying on it. Cloud does not guarantee that every connected tool will invoke or follow its advice.

04

Prices and renewal

The subscription prices are USD 12 per month or USD 108 per year, with no free trial. In countries that use the euro they are EUR 12 or EUR 108, and in the United Kingdom GBP 9.99 or GBP 89.99. Elsewhere Paddle converts the US dollar price to a supported local currency. Prices include applicable tax, except where local practice adds tax at checkout. Both periods provide the same features. The final payable amount appears at checkout. Paddle acts as merchant of record for purchases; its buyer terms also apply to the payment transaction.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel through the cloud account or Paddle's subscription-management link to stop the next renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Cancellation and refund requests are different actions; see the refund policy.

05

Your data

You keep your rights in the content you provide. You permit the processing needed to store, synchronize and deliver your selected preferences and separately approved history to tools you authorize. The privacy notice describes this processing. Account export and deletion remain available without a paid entitlement. Deleting your account also requires canceling any active subscription; if billing cancellation cannot be confirmed, deletion may wait so charges are not left running without an account.

06

Availability and changes

Service interruptions, maintenance and capacity limits can affect availability. Keep independent copies of important preferences. No contractual uptime commitment is offered. Material changes to paid pricing or service terms will be communicated before they apply to future renewals, with the opportunity to cancel where required. Changes do not remove existing mandatory rights or retrospectively limit claims. If we discontinue paid service, we will provide notice and address unused prepaid access as required by law.

07

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator's total liability to you for all claims arising from or connected with Varyz Cloud, the website or these terms, taken together, is limited to the amount you paid for Varyz Cloud in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. If you have paid nothing in that period, for example while using free access, a creator offer or only the local software, that liability is zero.

To the same extent, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss caused by what a connected AI tool does with your preferences or history.

These limits do not apply to loss caused by the operator's intent or deliberate recklessness, to death or personal injury, to fraud, or to any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. They do not reduce your mandatory consumer rights, including your rights when a digital service does not conform to the contract. The local software is provided under its software licence, which sets its own warranty and liability terms.

08

Consumer rights and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact the product-support address about service problems; payment and refund questions can also be raised through Paddle support. Paddle's transaction terms govern its role in the purchase.
